Delicious fried pork chop and curry 炸豬排珈哩…好吃


This is a great quick receipe, and most of the time you will end up with some leftovers for lunch the next day.
Ingredients:
Curry sauce: 1 Onion, 1-2 carrots, 1-2 potatoes, 7-8 cups of water and 1 block of curry sauce mix (You can always get this kind of curry sauce mix in any Asian grocery store. It usually comes in a box, seperated into 2 big blocks. I use Vermont Curry)
Porkchop: 3-4 boneless porkchops, some salt and pepper, flour, 1 egg, Panko flakes, oil.
1.Pound the porkchops until half as thin. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
2. Start with 2 pans with some vegetable oil. With one of them, turn to high heat, the other on medium heat.
3. Chop onion, carrots and potatoes into cubes and stir fry the onion in pan set to high.
4. When the onions become fragrant, add carrots and potatoes in with the onion and add water. Turn heat to medium and cover with lid. Cook until all ingredient soften.
5. While the vegetables are cooking, pull out 3 plates – the first one with flour, the second one with a beaten egg, the third with Panko flakes.
6. Dip porkchops into each plate in this order and fry them in the medium heat pan until golden brown. Allow each side to cook throughly before turning.
7. Add curry sauce mix into the vegetable pan. Stir until all of the mix dissolves.
8. Ready to serve and savor.

需要材料:
珈哩:1 球 洋蔥. 1-2條紅蘿蔔. 1-2 顆馬齡薯. 800毫升的水 及 一塊日式珈哩塊
豬排: 4-5 塊無骨豬排. 1 顆蛋. 一些麵粉.一些日式麵包粉.鹽和黑胡椒
1.把豬排打到比本來薄一倍.然後灑上鹽及黑胡椒
2.兩個鍋子.都加一些油.然後遇熱.一個大火. 一個中火
3.把洋蔥.紅蘿蔔.馬齡薯切塊.把洋蔥先放進大火鍋中爆香
4.把紅蘿蔔.馬齡薯也加入同一個鍋中.然後加水.轉中火.加蓋.直到所有蔬菜都軟了為止
5.準備3個盤子.壹.加麵粉.貳.加打散的蛋汁.參.加日式麵包粉
6.將豬排.按照盤子順序. 裹好.放進遇熱的鍋中.豬排沒有成金黃色時.不要翻動
7.加日式珈哩塊到蔬菜鍋中.攪拌至所有珈哩.溶解.
8.可以大吃了 !!!!

看起來很容易 真的實際煮起來好像會手忙腳亂
(根本不會煮菜的人的獨白)….
雖然才剛剛吃完午餐 可是看到這些又餓了!
真希望學校的dining hall也可以學會煮這個 (淚目)
