Great side dish for your dinner table 最方便的小菜

This is an extremely easy, fast and healthy side dish when you just feel there is something missing from your dinner menu.
Ingredients: soybean sprouts, black and/or white sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt as needed
1. Start a pot of water with some salt in it. Bring it up to a boil and drop the soybean sprouts in the water. Cook until soft.
2. Rinse soybean sprout in cold water until slightly chilled.
3. Mix sesame oil, salt and sesame seeds with bean sprouts. Marvel at your culinary masterpiece.

材料:黃豆芽.鹽. 芝麻油.白或黑芝麻
1.先遇熱一鍋水.加一些鹽.水滾後.加入黃豆芽
2.黃豆芽煮熟後.在涼水下沖.直到黃豆芽涼為止
3.拌上 芝麻油.鹽.白或黑芝麻.就好了
