Tasty seafood pasta 海鮮義大利麵

Bacon wrapped scallop is a simple idea, but it’s always so delicious. I gave it a shot, it tastes great. I hope you try it as well sometime!

Ingredients: Linguine, 4-8 big sea scallops, 4-8 strips of bacon, some chopped garlic, white wine or chicken broth, cilantro, salt and pepper, oil.

1. Cook Linguine according to package direction.
2. Preheat a pan with some oil.
3. Salt and pepper scallops, and wrap bacon strip around it.
4. Put scallops face down in the pan, so the bacon is touching it. Cook about 5 minutes then turn to another side, until all of the bacon is golden brown. Remove the scallops to a warm plate.
5. Using the same pan, add more oil and garlic. When the garlic becomes fragrant, add white wine or chicken broth. Stimmer for at least 10 minutes.
6. Add cooked pasta into the pan. Add salt and pepper as needed.
7. Plate the pasta and scallops as beautifully as possible. Use cilantro as desired. Eat.

義大利麵其實很容易.變化也可以非常多.這是我的好吃義大利麵食譜

食材: 義大利麵.干貝4-8 顆.培根4-8條.蒜頭.油.黑糊椒.鹽.白酒或雞湯.香菜

1. 依照義大利麵包裝指示.煮軟義大利麵
2. 另一平底鍋中.加油遇熱
3.干貝灑鹽及糊椒. 用培根將干貝繞一圈
4.由培根連接處朝下.放進平底鍋中.煎至培根金黃再翻動.培根四面都完全金黃.盛致盤子中
5.用同一個平底鍋.加油.加蒜頭爆香. 加白酒或雞湯.煮最少10分中
6.把煮好的義大利麵.倒進平底鍋中.拌勻.加鹽及糊椒.
7.先成義大利麵.在把培根包干貝放在上面.如喜歡灑些香菜
