Wow! This is such a good gadget. Finally, I can strap every remote that I have on my head. I’d strap them to my chin too.
Why stop at remotes; when you cook, you could keep your spatulas handy.

Every holiday, green beans are my job for the family dinner. I am good at it.
Ingredients: 2-3 cups of green beans, 1 cup of ground pork, 2 tsp chopped garlic, 1tsp soysauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy chili paste, 5 tbsp water.
1. Add oil in to the pan; when hot, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
2. Add pork, soysauce, sesame oil, chilli paste, and sugar. Separate the pork into small pieces.
3. When pork is cooked add green beans and water.
4. Cover the lid. Cook for about 10 mins, or until green beans soften.

食材: 3-4 大把 四季豆.1 杯絞肉. 2小匙碎蒜. 1小匙醬油. 1/2 小匙糖. 1小匙麻油. 1小匙辣豆瓣醬. 5 大匙水
1. 蒜爆香.
2. 加入 絞肉. 醬油. 糖. 麻油. 辣豆瓣醬 快炒.
3. 肉熟後. 加水
4. 悶煮約10分鐘.或直到四季豆軟

這真是另一方法.讓人们更胖.更懶耶.
Here’s an easy soup on those rainy days when you just don’t want to think about cooking.
Ingredients: Stock (pork, chicken, vegetable, whatever) ground pork, baby corn, soy bean sprouts, tofu, napa cabbage, two eggs, bread crumbs, cilantro, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt, pepper.
1. While bringing stock to a boil, mix ground pork, egg, sesame seeds and bread crumbs together. Enough bread crumbs should be used to allow the pork to be shaped into balls. Add to stock.
2. Chop everything else and add it to the stock. Boil until cooked. Add salt and pepper if you are so inclined.
3. Freak out because you finished cooking in 15 minutes. You can serve the soup over some cooked rice or noodles if you like that sort of thing.

1. 當在熱高湯的同時.令一碗.將絞肉.一顆蛋.麵包粉.麻油.及芝麻.混一起.加足夠的麵包粉至絞肉可以搓成小球
2. 將其他食材切小. 加入高湯中. 煮至食材全熟.如需加鹽及糊椒
3. 湯泡入乾飯上.熱騰騰的吃…hmmm…只花15分鐘就煮好了

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm These are the best cookies ever. I learned this recipe from my sister in law, but I had to change it because I was obviously too lazy to go out for aditional ingredients. I altered the amount of sugar and eliminated the cream of tartar.
Ingredients: 1 egg, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt, 2 1/2 tbsp. of butter, 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract, 1 tsp. of cinnamon.
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Add wet ingredients and blend.
3. Use hand to mold free form cookies and place on a greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 375 °F for 7-9 minutes or until edges of cookies brown a little.
外國人好喜歡吃肉桂ㄜ…其實吃習慣以後滿好吃的.我來分想一種餅乾做法
食材: 1 顆蛋. 1 1/2 杯麵粉. 3/4 杯糖. 1 匙泡打粉. 一點鹽. 2 1/2 大匙奶油. 1/2 匙香草精. 1 匙肉桂粉
1. 先將麵粉. 糖. 泡打粉. 肉桂粉. 鹽拌勻在碗中. 在加入奶油.香草精.蛋
2. 用手搓揉.直到所有 食材都混合好.變成一大麵球
3. 將大麵球搓成大約18個小麵球. 烤盤上抹奶油
4. 烤 180 °c 大約7-9 分鐘.或邊邊有一點咖啡色
* 1 杯麵粉= 125g; 1杯牛奶/奶水=245g; 1匙香草精=13g; 1大匙糖=4.2; 1匙鹽 =18g;
1匙泡打粉/蘇打粉=1.5g; 1杯油/奶油= 218g; 1匙酵母=10g
