stir fried pork and green beans 四季豆炒肉

Every holiday, green beans are my job for the family dinner. I am good at it.

Ingredients: 2-3 cups of green beans, 1 cup of ground pork, 2 tsp chopped garlic, 1tsp soysauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy chili paste, 5 tbsp water.

1. Add oil in to the pan; when hot, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
2. Add pork, soysauce, sesame oil, chilli paste, and sugar. Separate the pork into small pieces.
3. When pork is cooked add green beans and water.
4. Cover the lid. Cook for about 10 mins, or until green beans soften.

食材: 3-4 大把 四季豆.1 杯絞肉. 2小匙碎蒜. 1小匙醬油. 1/2 小匙糖. 1小匙麻油. 1小匙辣豆瓣醬. 5 大匙水

1. 蒜爆香.
2. 加入 絞肉. 醬油. 糖. 麻油. 辣豆瓣醬 快炒.
3. 肉熟後. 加水
4. 悶煮約10分鐘.或直到四季豆軟
