Stuffed Peppers 青椒包肉

This is extremely delicious and surprisingly easy. That is all I can say about this dish. Give it a try.
Ingredients: Filling – 1 eggs, some ground pork or turkey or chicken or all 3, seasoned bread crumbs, salt, 2tbsp dry onion soup mix,
1 Green pepper.
1. Mix all filling ingredients together.
2. Wash and cut green pepper in half. Clean out the seeds. Fill the middle with filling.
3. Bake covered at 400°F for 30-40 minutes, or until the meat if fully cooked. (Make sure you check the middle of the meat)

食材: 餡料-一些絞肉. 1顆蛋. 意大利麵包粉. 鹽. 2 小匙洋蔥湯粉
1 粒青椒
1.將所有餡料食材攪拌在一起
2.青椒對半切. 去籽
3.將餡料填在青椒中.進烤箱烤 200約度40 分鐘或等至肉全熟
Chinese Pickle Pork 瓜仔肉燥
I often make this and mix it with rice. This sauce makes plain rice so flavorful.
Ingredients: Gound pork (sny smount is fine), 3-5tbsp soy sauce (or more if you use a lot of pork) , 1tsp sugar, 1tsp sesame oil, 5tbsp chinese pickled (chopped), 1 small onion(chopped), 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1tsp oil, salt, 1-2 cups of water.
1. stir fry garlic and onion in a little oil until fragrant.
2. Add chinese pickles, stir and cook for about 5 mins.
3. Add pork, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Stir often.
4. When the pork is cooked, taste the sauce. Add salt and/or soysauce as desired.
5. Add water, cover with lid. Cook for another 15 mins over low heat.
Serve with hot rice. mmm…
瓜仔肉燥好好吃.真下飯.這是我的做法
食材:絞肉(一些).3-5 大匙醬油. 3-5 小匙碎蒜. 1小匙糖. 5大匙切小醬瓜. 1小匙麻油. 1小顆切碎洋蔥. 油. 鹽.2-3杯水
1. 洋蔥. 蒜 在油鍋中爆香
2. 醬瓜也炒一炒
3. 加絞肉.醬油.糖.麻油 炒至肉熟
4. 嚐一下肉.一喜好加鹽及糖. 然後到水.加蓋悶煮.中火
5. 小火煮最少15分鐘
澆在熱飯上.最香了

Cookie-cake 餅乾蛋糕

I like all kinds of cakes. Cup cakes are great, yet still very hard to carry around. So here is my attempt at making cake a little more portable.
Ingredients: 3 egg yolks+ 3 tsp sugar, 3 egg whites+ 5 tsp sugar, 1cup of flour, 1tsp vanilla extract, cake frosting.
1. Beat yolks and sugar together on high speed with a hand mixer until the mix becomes a light yellow color. Add flour and vanilla extract slowly.
2. In a different mixing bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy. Add sugar and mix well.
3. Mix yolk and white together. Be gentle.
4. Spoon the batter on a greased cookie sheet. Make sure there is enough space for the batter to expand.
5. Bake at 400°F for about 7 mins or until edges turns brown.
6. Wait until cool, and remove the cakes from the cookie sheet carefully. Spread cake frosting on one slice of cake and place another slice on top.
Delicious, convinent cookie-cakes are ready to go.
好愛吃蛋糕.真希望蛋糕能像餅乾一樣好攜帶.所以就想一個辦法.把奶油包在兩片蛋糕中.試試還真的滿方便的.
食材: 3個蛋黃+3小匙糖. 3蛋白+5小匙糖. 1杯麵粉. 1小匙香草精. 蛋糕奶油
1. 攪拌器將蛋黃.糖打到變淡黃色.加香草精及麵粉.繼續打
2. 不同的碗中.將蛋白打至發泡.變白.加糖及香草精
3.小心用手將蛋黃及蛋白拌在一起
4. 用圓湯匙舀麵糊至抹油的烤盤上. 彼此留空間
5.烤 200度.約7分鐘就好
6.等完全涼後.將兩片蛋糕中間包上蛋糕奶油
好吃.好攜帶的蛋糕奶油完成了…開心
* 1 杯麵粉= 125g; 1杯牛奶/奶水=245g; 1匙香草精=13g; 1大匙糖=4.2; 1匙鹽 =18g;
1匙泡打粉/蘇打粉=1.5g; 1杯油/奶油= 218g; 1匙酵母=10g
Honey cake 蜂蜜蛋糕

This cake is a healthy solution for the cake lover. Light, delicious and definitely lower in sugar than most other cakes.
Ingredients: 4 eggs (seperated), 7 tsp sugar, 1 cup of flour, 2tbsp oil, 2tbsp milk, 3tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp white vinegar.
1. Using a hand mixer, mix yolks, 2tsp sugar, oil, milk and honey, until mixture turns creamy white.
2. In another mixing bowl, beat egg white until fluffy and stiff. Add 5 tsp sugar and vinegar.
3. Mix all ingredients together by hand gently. Pour into a 9×9 greased baking pan
4. Bake 300°F for 20-25mins or until a fork comes out clean from the cake.

1.用電動攪拌器將蛋黃.2匙糖. 油. 牛奶. 蜂蜜. 攪在一起.一直到變淡黃色
2. 蛋白也打到發泡.變白色. 加 5匙糖及醋
3. 小心的用手將蛋黃及蛋白扮在一起
4.進烤箱烤20-25分.180度就好了

Flower cookies 桂花餅乾
Flower cookies, delicious. Most flowers have a unique fragrace. This recipe includes this fragrance into the cookie. Tea lovers will love this for their afternoon tea time.
Ingredients: 1 stick of butter (softened), 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 egg, 1tsp baking powder, 1 cup of flour, 1 1/2 tbsp rose tea (or any kind of flower tea). Plastic wrap.
1. Using a hand mixer, blend butter and sugar together (add sugar slowly). Add the egg.
2. While the mixer is running, add flour slowly into the butter mixture. Finally, add baking powder.
3. When all ingredients are blended together, add tea.
4. Wrap plastic wrap around cookie dough; try to shape it in to a long and skinny piece. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
5. Cut cookie dough into slices (around a quarter inch thick). Place them on cookie sheets (an inch apart from each other).
6. Bake at 350°F for about 10 mins, or until edges are a little brown.
去年回家.到超市時.看到在賣桂花茶.想在國外沒桂花.買一些帶走. 放了一陣子.想做些桂花餅乾好了.更香.更好吃
食材: 1 條奶油. 1/2 杯糖. 1 顆蛋. 1 小匙泡打粉. 1杯麵粉. 1 1/2 大匙桂花. 保鮮膜
1.用電動攪拌器.將奶油打軟.慢慢加糖及蛋. 攪到全部都混好了
2. 電動攪拌器攪拌的同時.慢慢加入麵粉.然後加入泡打粉
3. 最後加入桂花
4. 用保鮮膜將餅乾麵糰包起來. (進量將麵糰弄成長條狀). 進冰箱冰最少1小時
5. 將餅乾麵糰切一小指寬. 平放在抹油烤盤. 餅乾間要留足夠空間
6. 進烤箱烤8-10分鐘.180度…香

Sausage and Leeks 蒜苗炒香腸
Leeks are a relatively cheap vegetable.However, there are very few recipes out there. This one is pretty good, give it a try. You will start buying leeks all the time.
Ingredients: 1-2 whole leeks(chop into small pieces), 2-3 Chinese sausages (chopped into small pieces), salt, 3-5 tbsp water
1. stir fry the sasuage until brown on the outside.
2. add leeks and water. Cover with lid. Cook for about 10 mins.
3. add salt as desired.
我還滿愛吃蒜苗的.在台灣我奶奶都拿臘肉來炒.在美國.好像沒蒜苗.臘肉也比較貴.我就就地取材.找了解決愛吃的辦法
食材: 2-3條台式香腸.2-3根蒜苗(英翻中字典說是菲菜.但吃起來滿像蒜苗的).鹽.5大匙水
1.將 香腸.蒜苗切小.香腸進鍋炒至金黃
2.蒜苗.水入鍋翻炒.加蓋.悶煮約10分中
3.依喜好加鹽.拌勻就可以起鍋了
