English muffin 麥當勞早餐麵包

I love English muffins. It is much better than plain old bread for a breakfast sandwich. This is my recipe.
Ingredients: (About 6 muffins)
1 bag of dry butter milk (or 1 cup of butter milk), 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp dry yeast, 1/8 tsp sugar, 1/3 cup warm water, 2 cups of flour
1. Mix dry butter milk with 1 cup of hot water (or use 1 cup of butter milk), 1tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tbsp oil- wait until chilled.
2. In a different bowl mix 1/2 tsp dry yeast, 1/8 tsp sugar, and 1/3 cup warm water together.
3. Combine all mixed ingredients and add 2 cups of flour.
4. Place the dough in a warm spot for 30 minutes until doubled.
5. Heat a greased non-stick pan to medium heat. Scoop the dough into egg rings.
6. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side.
很喜歡吃麥當勞早餐.尤其是他們鬆又Q的麵包. 不是漢堡ㄡ. 是它們的另一種麵包. 美國人叫那種麵包”英式瑪芬”. 結婚後. 要省錢. 買麥當勞早餐實在不划算. 蛋又不是不會煎.一切只差那QQ的麵包嘞…我自己做了幾次. 實驗成功. 大家來試試.真的很像.
食材: (約6個)
1. 將1杯奶水加熱. 1大匙糖. 1/2匙鹽. 1 大匙油攪拌溶化
2.另外1/2匙酵母. 1/8 匙糖.1/3杯溫水混合均勻
3. 將部奏1 和2 合並. 並混入兩杯麵粉
4. 將麵糰放在溫暖的地方.最少30分鐘
5. 起一個不沾鍋.中火. (如有蛋圈*)將麵糊舀進蛋圈.
6. 每一面煎約6分鐘.
起鍋後.可切半. 煎個蛋.火腿.加片起司. 就跟麥當勞早餐早餐一樣ㄌ…好好吃!
*沒有蛋圈.也可以自己做ㄜ…拿一個圓形的空罐頭. 兩面都開罐. 就是蛋圈摟. 很方便吧!
* 1 杯麵粉= 125g; 1杯牛奶/奶水=245g; 1匙香草精=13g; 1大匙糖=4.2; 1匙鹽 =18g;
1匙泡打粉/蘇打粉=1.5g; 1杯油= 218g; 1匙酵母=10g
