Stuffed Cucumber 大黃瓜包肉

Stuffed Cucumber, another traditional Chinese dish. Easy and tasty. Give it a try on a hot summer day, you will like it.
Ingredients: 1 Cucumber, 2 cups of ground pork, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, some pepper, some salt.
1. Peel cucumber and cut into large discs. Remove the seeds.
2. Mix ground pork with soy sauce, sugar, egg, salt and sesame oil.
3. Fill the cucumber discs with meat. Place them on a heat safe plate
4. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
5. Steam the cucumber for about 20 mins or until the meat is cooked.

食材:1條大黃瓜. 1 杯豬絞肉. 1大匙醬油.1/2小匙麻油. 1顆蛋. 1/2小匙糖. 鹽.糊椒 (少許)
1. 大黃瓜去皮.掏子
2. 豬絞肉拌入醬油. 麻油. 蛋. 糖
3. 將絞肉填入大黃瓜中. 填好後放在蒸盤上
4. 灑些鹽及糊椒
5. 蒸約20分鐘.或至肉熟
