Stuffed mushrooms 西式蘑菇

Stuffed mushroom are always a great party food. They are great anyday for that matter.
Easy to make too!
Ingredients:
1 Lb. of ground turkey, 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs, 1 egg, 2tbsp dry onion soup mix, some black pepper, 2tbsp olive oil, 4-5 stuffing mushrooms, some Mozzarella Cheese (sliced thinly)
1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem.
2. Mix all other ingredients together (except olive oil).
3. Fill the mushrooms with mixture.
4. Brush mushrooms with olive oil.
5. Bake at 375°F degree oven for 20-25 mins.
6. Place cheese on top, bake for another 2 mins.
7. Make sure your pinky is sticking out out while eating. This means you are culturally elite.

1. 將絞肉. 蛋. 乾洋蔥頭. 鹽. 糊椒 扮在一起
2.將蘑菇心拔出. 中心填滿肉
3.用刷子在蘑菇四周刷上油
4.烤箱180度烤20分鐘.起司蓋在肉上.再烤2-3分就好嘞!
