Curry Cauliflower Soup 花菜珈哩湯

I couldn’t figure out what to do with some leftover cauliflower, so I threw together a little soup. Turns out it was sublime.
Ingredients: 1/2 lb. of Cauliflower cut into small pieces, 1/3 of a medium yellow onion chopped finely, 1/2 tsp. minced garlic, 1/3 cup of cashews, 1 tsp. curry powder, 4 cups of water, 1 cube of chicken boullion or vegetable boullion, a tiny bit of oil, and salt to taste.
1. Sweat the onions and garlic in some oil in an appropriately sized pot.
2.Mix cashews with a cup of water and puree in a blender.
3. When onions are translucent, add cashew juice and remaining water and bring to a boil.
4. Add all remaining ingredients and reduce heat to medium. Soup is ready when cauliflower is tender. Add salt as desired
5. Your soup is so awesome, your great great grandchildren will be millionaires.

食材: 1/2磅花菜 (切成小塊). 一些洋蔥丁. 1/2 小匙碎蒜. 1/3 杯攪碎腰果. 1小匙珈哩粉. 4杯水. 1塊雞湯塊(或蔬菜湯塊). 油少許. 鹽
1.油鍋快炒洋蔥及蒜
2.加入腰果.及水.煮至滾
3.加所有剩下的食材.中火慢煮
4.花蔡煮熟.湯就好ㄌ…如需加一些鹽
原來花菜還可以煮成湯
