Mushroom pasta 蘑菇奶醬義大利麵

Mushroom cream sauce pasta. It’s like fast food, but good
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups of cooked bow tie pasta
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper
1. Brown the garlic and onion in oil
2. Add chicken stock and milk. Stir constantly.
3. Bring to a boil and add mushrooms.
3. When all ingredients are fully cooked, slowly stir in flour. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Mix the sauce with cooked pasta. Add salt and pepper as desired.
義大利麵中的醬料選擇. 不是只有蕃茄醬的. 也有白醬的. 多半白醬的都很香. 有很濃的奶味. 這是我的做法. 稍微沒那麼油溺
蘑菇奶醬義大利麵
食材: 1 杯蘑菇 (切片). 2 杯煮熟蝴蝶結義大利麵. 2大匙麵粉. 1/2 杯牛奶. 1匙碎蒜. 1/2 杯洋蔥丁. 1/2 杯雞湯. 1大匙油. 鹽及黑糊椒
1. 中火. 油鍋爆香碎蒜及洋蔥丁.
2. 加入雞湯及牛奶. 要不斷攪拌. 至滾.
3. 加入蘑菇. 等到蘑菇軟後
4. 一面攪一面慢慢加入麵粉. 再煮5分鐘
5. 將蝴蝶結義大利麵拌入蘑菇奶醬中. 拌勻. 可依個人喜好加鹽及黑糊椒
