Ingredients
1 big piece of pork (any cut), 1 1/2 cups of soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 slices of ginger, 6 hard boiled eggs, 1 tbsp of sugar, 2 cups of water

1. Marinate pork in 1 cup of soy sauce for at least 1 day.
2. Brown the pork in a pan.
3. Add soy sauce marinade back in. Cook covered over low heat for 15 minutes (remember to turn the pork once).
4. Cut the pork into smaller pieces. Add the remaining of the soy sauce and eggs. Continue to cook for another 15 mins.
5. Add garlic, ginger, sugar and water at this time. Cook covered for another hour.
6. Taste the broth. If too salty add sugar and water. Cook for another 20 minutes.

魯五花肉

食材:1大塊五花肉.1大杯醬油+1/2杯醬油.2塊蒜.3大片薑.6顆水煮蛋.1大匙糖*.2杯水

1. 前一天將五花肉醃在1大杯醬油中.放冰箱
2.起一鍋.中火.將五花肉四周都煎黃
3.醃肉醬油跟五花肉一起中火慢燉15分鐘
4.將五花肉切小塊.再加1/2杯醬油.再燉.這家時可加蛋.再燉最少15分
5.加水.糖.蒜.薑.加蓋慢燉1小時
6.嘗一下湯汁.太鹹就在多加水及糖.在煮20分.就好ㄌ

超好吃的

*冰糖會比砂糖好些
