Chicken Mushroom Soup 香菇雞湯

A very healthy traditional Chinese dish. It is believed that this dish can improve your energy.
Ingredients:
- Some chicken (legs, wings, or half of a chicken)
- 7-10 Chinese mushrooms
- salt
- 8 cups of water
1. Bring water to a boil and add chicken.
2. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Add Chinese mushrooms and salt. Cook for another 20 minutes.
Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
香菇雞湯
食材: 半隻雞.或雞翅/腿. 7-10大片香菇. 7-8大杯水. 鹽
1. 水煮到滾
2. 加入雞. 加蓋煮30分鐘
3.加入香菇及 鹽. 再煮20分
配飯或下麵都很好
我超愛喝香菇雞湯的
只有湯喔^__^
乾香菇就…..我只能說它是偉大的提味
但我很少吃雞湯裡的香菇
