Sauceless Pasta 無醬義大利麵 ($6 for Two)

You are worn out from the day and you just want to eat. However you are poor so you can’t eat out. What do you do?
- Some boneless chicken ($2)
- 1 cup of pasta ($0.8)
- A handful of spinach ($1)
- 1/4 cup of toasted pine nuts ($1)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock (prox.$1)
- Salt and pepper to taste (prox. 0.2)
Total $6 for Two
- In a pot, boil your pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the chicken stock and cook your chicken.
- When the chicken is done, add spinach and pasta. Cook for a minute or so.
- Plate and sprinkle pine nuts on top.
Start to finish, this dish takes about 15 minutes.

- 1把菠菜
- 1/4 杯松果
- 1/2 杯雞湯
- 鹽及黑糊椒
- 將義大利麵煮熟. 瀝乾
- 在炒菜鍋中. 加入雞湯.用雞湯把雞肉煮熟
- 雞肉煮熟後. 加菠菜及義大利麵. 稍煮一下起鍋
- 在上面加上松果
松果是不是就是韓國人所謂的松子?
我每次都很想買來試試
但是其實我並不太喜歡吃乾果
味道好吃嗎?
