Brown Sugar and Honey Carrots 紅糖紅蘿蔔 ( $3 for Four)

These were a quick side dish that turned out very well indeed.
- A nice bunch of carrots ($1/lb)
- 1 tbsp butter ($ 0.3)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar ($0.4)
- 2 tsp honey ( $0.8)
- Sesame seeds to garnish ( prox. $ 0.5)
Total $3 for Four
- Boil carrots until somewhat tender. Do not overcook.
- In another skillet, melt butter and add brown sugar and honey until blended.
- Add carrots and mix thoroughly.
- Plate and garnish.
