Thai Cucumber Salad 泰式小黃瓜 ($4.5 for Two)

This is a great salad for the a hot & exhausting summer day. Do they eat it in Thailand? I dunno.

  • 1 seedless cucumber ($1)
  • 1/4 crushed peanuts ($0.5)
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion ($0.5)
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves ($0.5)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (prox. $o.4)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (prox. $o.5)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil (prox. $o.3)
  • 1/2 tsp chili sauce (prox. $0.3)
  • some Tonkatsu sauce (Japanese Vegetable & Fruit sauce) (prox. $0.5)

Total $4.5 for Two

  1. Slice cucumber thinly. Mix with onion and mint leaves.
  2. Mix soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, chili sauce and Tonkatsu sauce together. Pour on top of the salad mix.
  3. Plate the salad, and add crushed peanuts on top.

這還滿好吃的. 尤其夏天. 很有幫助. 快又方便

  • 2-3條日式小黃瓜
  • 1/4 碎花生
  • 2大匙碎紅洋蔥
  • 1/4杯薄荷葉
  • 2大匙醬油
  • 1大匙花生醬
  • 1/2匙麻油
  • 1/2匙泰式辣椒醬. 一些日式豬排醬
  1. 小黃瓜切薄片. 混入紅洋蔥. 薄荷葉
  2. 攪拌醬油. 花生醬. 麻油. 泰式辣椒醬. 一些日式豬排醬. 再倒入沙拉中
  3. 沙拉裝盤後. 上面灑上花生
