Vietnamese Shrimp Salad 越南鮮蝦沙拉

Well, I’m not Vietnamese, but I’ve been inspired by the restaurants here in the states. This is quick and satisfying; you’ll wonder why you haven’t tried it before.
- 3 large shrimps – sauteed and peeled
- 1 serving of Vietnamese vermicelli – boiled, drained, and rinsed in cold water.
- A handful of chopped lettuce
- 1/3 cup of chopped carrots
- A few sprigs of mint and basil if you have it.
Dressing
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce
Simply toss salad ingredients, mix dressing and serve.

- 3隻蝦-剝皮. 炒熟
- 1 人份冬粉-煮熟. 瀝乾
- 一把生菜
- 1/3 杯紅蘿蔔絲
- 一些薄荷葉及九層塔
醬料
- 1 匙花生醬
- 2 匙日式醬油
- 1/2匙麻油
- 1/2 匙泰式辣椒醬
把所有東西拌勻. 就可以吃了
