
Calzone are not as difficult as you may think.
- Pizza dough
- Some pasta sauce
- Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- Thinly sliced mushrooms (You can add anything you would like)
- Chicken (cut into small pieces)
- Fully cook the chicken and mushrooms in a sauce pan and add pasta sauce.
- Flatten the dough and add chicken, mushroom, sauce and cheese in the on one half of the dough. Set aside a little extra cheese.
- Fold the dough over to create a sealed pocket. Bake in oven following the directions for the pizza dough.
- Add the extra cheese on the top of the Calzone for decoration. (Bake for another 5 minutes)
批薩水餃. 很簡單歐
- 一包批薩皮
- 一些義大利麵醬
- 一些起司條
- 蘑菇
- 雞肉 (切小塊)
- 先將雞肉. 謨菇. 加醬在鍋中煮熟
- 將 批薩皮桿平. 加入鍋中的材料
- 將餅皮摺半. 按照批薩皮的烘烤指示烘烤
- 上面可以加一點起司當裝飾 (如加起司. 就再多烤5分鐘)

我是常用pita bread 做像這樣ㄉ食物~也很省事~我是炒洋蔥和豬肉~在灑上grated chedder cheese~Mozzarella cheese應該更好吃~下次做時換Mozzarella看看~嘻~
