Homemade Udon noodles – in case you run out and you’ve got the jones for some udon.

  • 3 cups of flour (prox. $0.8)
  • 1 cup of water (prox.$0.2)
  • some salt (prox. $0.1)
  • a plastic bag (prox. $ o.3)

Total $1.4 for Two

  1. Mix water with flour and salt (some extra water might needed. Make sure the dough does not stick)
  2. Place the dough in plastic bag. Wait for 15 minutes
  3. Step on your dough repeatedly (yes, with your foot).
  4. Roll the dough flat
  5. Cut into thin, long strips
  6. Boil gently for a few minutes and add to your favorite soup.

You now have preservative-free, chewy, fresh Udon noodles.

自製烏龍麵. 方便. 又沒防腐劑

  • 3杯麵粉
  • 1杯水 (水量可能要增或減. 總之要調到不會沾手就是了)
  • 一些鹽
  • 1 個塑膠袋
  1. 將麵粉. 鹽跟水混合
  2. 放進塑膠袋. 等15分鐘
  3. 用腳來回踩麵團
  4. 將麵團壓扁. 變一大片
  5. 然後切一條一條長條
  6. 就像一般煮麵法煮麵

好摟…加一顆蛋在麵糊的話. 就是雞蛋麵. 不過要記得. 減水量
