
Homemade Udon noodles – in case you run out and you’ve got the jones for some udon.
- 3 cups of flour (prox. $0.8)
- 1 cup of water (prox.$0.2)
- some salt (prox. $0.1)
- a plastic bag (prox. $ o.3)
Total $1.4 for Two
- Mix water with flour and salt (some extra water might needed. Make sure the dough does not stick)
- Place the dough in plastic bag. Wait for 15 minutes
- Step on your dough repeatedly (yes, with your foot).
- Roll the dough flat
- Cut into thin, long strips
- Boil gently for a few minutes and add to your favorite soup.
You now have preservative-free, chewy, fresh Udon noodles.
自製烏龍麵. 方便. 又沒防腐劑
- 3杯麵粉
- 1杯水 (水量可能要增或減. 總之要調到不會沾手就是了)
- 一些鹽
- 1 個塑膠袋
- 將麵粉. 鹽跟水混合
- 放進塑膠袋. 等15分鐘
- 用腳來回踩麵團
- 將麵團壓扁. 變一大片
- 然後切一條一條長條
- 就像一般煮麵法煮麵
好摟…加一顆蛋在麵糊的話. 就是雞蛋麵. 不過要記得. 減水量
