Strawberry butter 草莓抹醬

I made a lot of strawberry related products.
Above, there are two kinds of strawberry butters.
The slightly darker one is Brown sugar strawberry butter.
- 5 cups of dark brown sugar
- 3 cups of crushed strawberries
- 2 bags of Gelatin
- cook the strawberries on the stove until boiling. Stir constantly.
- slowly add sugar and gelatin.
- cook until slightly thickened.
The bright red one is Cinnamon strawberry butter.
- 5 cups of sugar
- 3 cups of crushed strawberries
- 2 bags of Gelatin
- 2 tbsp of ground cinnamon
- cook the strawberries on the stove until boil until boiling. Stir constantly.
- slowly add sugar and gelatin.
- cook until slightly thickened and add cinnamon.
我做了草莓抹醬. 是草莓抹醬的原因是因為我都不把果汁過濾掉.
只要把果汁過濾了. 只留水果. 來做果醬. 就變果醬了.
比較深色的是紅糖草莓果醬
- 5杯紅糖
- 3杯草莓 (打碎)
- 2包洋菜
- 將草莓放入鍋中煮. 要一直攪動. 直到煮開
- 慢慢加入糖及洋菜
- 一直煮. 直到變厚. 濃酬
大紅色的是肉桂草莓果醬
- 5杯糖
- 3杯草莓 (打碎)
- 2包洋菜
- 2大匙肉桂粉
- 將草莓放入鍋中煮. 要一直攪動. 直到開
- 慢慢加入糖.洋菜
- 一直煮. 直到變厚. 濃酬. 然後加入肉桂
嘩~~~好多罐啊~~

我做的時候沒放洋菜
草莓本身有果膠
它會自己變濃稠
只不過要煮2小時左右
還要不斷攪拌
手快斷 呵呵
加洋菜應該比較快吧?
