Strawberry butter 草莓抹醬

I made a lot of strawberry related products.
Above, there are two kinds of strawberry butters.
The slightly darker one is Brown sugar strawberry butter.

  • 5 cups of dark brown sugar
  • 3 cups of crushed strawberries
  • 2 bags of Gelatin
  1. cook the strawberries on the stove until boiling. Stir constantly.
  2. slowly add sugar and gelatin.
  3. cook until slightly thickened.

The bright red one is Cinnamon strawberry butter.

  • 5 cups of sugar
  • 3 cups of crushed strawberries
  • 2 bags of Gelatin
  • 2 tbsp of ground cinnamon
  1. cook the strawberries on the stove until boil until boiling. Stir constantly.
  2. slowly add sugar and gelatin.
  3. cook until slightly thickened and add cinnamon.

我做了草莓抹醬. 是草莓抹醬的原因是因為我都不把果汁過濾掉.
只要把果汁過濾了. 只留水果. 來做果醬. 就變果醬了.

比較深色的是紅糖草莓果醬

  • 5杯紅糖
  • 3杯草莓 (打碎)
  • 2包洋菜
  1. 將草莓放入鍋中煮. 要一直攪動. 直到煮開
  2. 慢慢加入糖及洋菜
  3. 一直煮. 直到變厚. 濃酬

大紅色的是肉桂草莓果醬

  • 5杯糖
  • 3杯草莓 (打碎)
  • 2包洋菜
  • 2大匙肉桂粉
  1. 將草莓放入鍋中煮. 要一直攪動. 直到開
  2. 慢慢加入糖.洋菜
  3. 一直煮. 直到變厚. 濃酬. 然後加入肉桂

    我做的時候沒放洋菜
    草莓本身有果膠
    它會自己變濃稠
    只不過要煮2小時左右
    還要不斷攪拌
    手快斷 呵呵
    加洋菜應該比較快吧?

    Most of the homemade Jam if you canned it well.
    Unopen, it can keep up to 3 months.

    都用電子鍋做^^
    材料通通丟進去,按一下就OK囉!
