Strawberry Wine 草莓酒

Strawberry wine.
This is my first attempt, so I am not sure how it will turn out.
- 1 lb of sugar
- 4 lbs of strawberries
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cups of liquor (I used Vodka)
- Wash all of the strawberries. Air dry.
- Put strawberries in a clean, air tight glass container.
- Add sugar, lime and hard liquor. Seal the bottle as well as you can. Leave it in a shaded area.
- Shake the container once a day for the first 2 days. After 2 days, never move the bottle until you are ready to enjoy it.
It should be ready in 3-6 months. I’ll let you know if I am successful.
草莓酒. 我第一次試. 所以不是很清楚會不會好喝.
- 1 磅糖
- 4 磅草莓
- 1 顆檸檬
- 1/2 杯酒 (最好是無味的.像伏特加. 米酒等)
- 將草莓洗乾淨. 並晾乾.
- 將草莓放入乾淨的玻璃密封罐裡.
- 加糖. 檸檬及酒. 將罐子密封到最好. 放在陰涼處.
- 前2天. 稍去搖動一下瓶子. 然後就不動它了. 直到你要喝.
最好是釀3-6個月以後再開罐
還有草莓酒喔!

不過洗草苺應該是最痛苦的部份吧
我之前住在德國過新年的時候
當時的前男友都會在跨年PARTY前晚自製雞尾酒
用像金魚缸一樣的容器裝
然後裡頭也會加上很多草莓紅莓之類的東西
天然的顏色真的很美

perhaps u can add some star anise and cinnamon stick…and u can store ur strawberry wine inside fridge, chill it..taste awesome! my formal chef did that..hehee

我們家也有做草苺酒,來分享一下作法,一般的配比為3斤草莓(1800g)1斤糖(600g),沒有其他添加物了,其他的和您說的相同,不過,我們滿一年才開封,半年似乎太短了些,祝您成功哦~
