This is more of a traditional Chinese food. It is a baked dough. Sometimes it is salty with scallions in it; sometimes it is sweet with sugar paste in it. Sesame seeds are always sprinkled on top. They are always very fragrant and crunchy. Eat while hot.

They are absolutely one of the most delicious Chinese food inventions.

燒餅. 在高雄. 還是可以在左營附近找到傳統燒餅歐. 超香. 超好吃.

These are fish cakes. One thing that you will need to get use to them, but once you do, they are extremely delicious.

黑輪. 我們家都只在鹽程區菜市場裡買黑輪. 味道非常純正好吃. 一吃就知道.一定是好魚做的.

Pig intestine oyster noodle soup. Just by mentioning the ingredients, you can tell you have to be willing to try it before you can like it.

嘻嘻…其實我不知道高雄那裡有特別好吃的大腸麵線. 只是吃到了就很想貼上來.

    我以前常會大老遠從市區到那裡買,
    要是太晚去常常都賣光了~
