從我們搬家. 衣服就都是我在洗.
其實我到覺得無所為. 因為反正其實是洗衣機在洗.
然後晾及疊. 其實不難. 所以我一直以來都沒抱怨過.
雷老公有時看我一個人在做. 不好意思. 會跑來幫忙.
所以洗衣服這事上. 我跟雷老公是和平相處.
但…但…上星期開始. 我快受不了他的壞習慣啦.
那就是. 我在晾衣服時. 只要晾到是雷老公的.
他的衣服就是”一坨” :hitmyself:
扎實. 扭曲. 纏在一起的一坨.
大部份袖子是纏在衣服裡了. 所以袖子跟身體部份的衣服就緊緊纏在一起.
然後襪子也永遠是一坨的.
利害的是. 褲子不知道怎麼變一坨的.
不過都是內外顛倒. 脫一半. 所以褲腳都卡在褲子的臀部付進.
不幫他翻開來. 褲子就不會乾.
本來我還不再乎. 最近越來越冷了. 我就越晾越生氣.
因為平白無顧. 害我在外面站超久. 進到屋子裡後. 都快凍死了.
我就先很和平的跟雷老公說.
他很快的就道歉. 然後說會注意.
今天我洗衣服. 在晾時. 剛覺得ㄟ…棒雷老公. 不二過歐.
就發現….
他先生利害了.
現在不是一小坨. 變一大大大大坨.
現在. 他不是上衣一坨. 褲子一坨. 襪子一坨了.
是內衣(短袖). 外衣(長袖). 內褲. 長褲. 襪子. 全部內翻外包在一起.
所以不仔細看不是一坨. 仔細看. 其實是超級一大坨.
所以與其只是幫他把袖子翻出來.
現在我還要幫他把所有的衣服先分開. 然後才能晾.
不然長袖包短袖. 長褲包內褲. 另加襪子還卡在褲腳. 跟本不可能晾乾.
我就想到一個很賊的方法.
那就是. 他怎麼脫. 我就怎麼晾.
我們都是沒乾淨衣服了. 才洗衣服的人.
他的衣服晾不乾. 就是他的問題了…ㄏㄏㄏ
他不是要穿奇裝異服. 就是要自己拿去烘乾. 然後要自己幫衣服分家.
我這老婆. 夠狠吧. :proud:

This creamy delicious soup provides its own croutons, sort of.
- One Butternut Squash
- 3 cups water (can vary depending on the squash
- One bouillon cube (chicken or vegetable is best)
- A pinch of chopped cilantro.
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the squash into 4 pieces and remove the seeds.
- Microwave for 8 minutes on high. Let cool for a few minutes.
- Clean off the seeds and bake at 350° with a little olive oil and salt for 10 minutes or until they turn a little brown.
- Peel the squash and liquefy in a blender with one cup of water.
- Add puree to soup pot and add remaining water and bouillon. Bring to a boil and cook for several minutes.
- Add salt and pepper as desired and serve. Garnish with cilantro and the toasted seeds.
This recipe also works very well with pumpkin.
這瓜中文不知道叫什麼內…不過做成湯滿好喝的.
- 一顆白胡桃瓜
- 3 杯水(水的多寡. 可依各人喜好)
- 一顆雞湯塊. 或蔬菜湯塊
- 一些香菜
- 橄欖油
- 鹽. 黑瑚椒
- 將白胡桃瓜切四辦. 去籽
- 微波8分鐘. 稍涼以後. 去皮
- 另外. 將籽加一些橄欖油後. 烤180度. 10分鐘
- 白胡桃瓜加一杯水. 進果汁機打成泥
- 將泥. 高湯塊. 剩下的水. 都進鍋中煮滾.
- 加鹽. 及糊椒. 撒上烤好的籽及香菜.
如果買不到白胡桃瓜. 南瓜也可以.

This is easy. All you need is 2 days of marination. Other than that, the oven does all the work.
- 3 lbs pork loin
- 1 bottle of Chinese BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp of chopped garlic
- stab the pork couple of times. Marinate the pork in BBQ sauce and garlic for 2 days.
- baked at 375 °F degree oven for 1 hr.

This is a new thing for us. Taste great and is very economical.
- beet greens
- 2 strips of bacon
- salt, pepper
- some chicken broth
- chop the leaf into bit sized pieces. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
- fry the bacon in a pan until almost cooked. Add salt while cooking.
- add beet greens.
- add chicken broth, cover. Cook until stems soften.
- add salt and pepper as desired.

- 將葉子洗淨. 切段. 培根也切段.
- 先將培根暴香. 加入葉子.
- 倒入雞湯. 蓋鍋. 悶到葉子莖不硬.

因為跑去跟人家的小孩去採蘋果啦.
聽說. 在新英格蘭這區. 秋天採蘋果是一大趣事. 我就超想去的.
經過一翻打聽. 聽說去這種地方. 要帶小朋友去.
不然沒有大人在自己去的. 會很奇怪.
我看了看四周的朋友. 就雷老公同事有一個小女兒.
我勸說了半天. 終於打動他們.
所以我們就四個大人. 呵護著我們的小擋箭牌.
出發去採蘋果搂.
我們不只採了3種不同的蘋果. 還有好多水梨. 跟葡萄歐.
我們還一面採. 一面吃.
吃的最多的. 是我們的小朋友啦.
她不到兩歲. 一顆蘋果吃不到5口. 就掉了. 超好笑.
她的蘋果掉了. 就自己再摘一個來吃. 好方便歐.
聽說她一回家. 不到5點. 就累的呼呼大睡到隔天早上.
因為她一直要幫忙. 自己拖好大一袋蘋果.
在那裡不斷的採. 然後還自己提.
她人又沒袋子大. 就一直跌倒.
我們大家也沒注意. 就讓她提.
結果結帳才知道. 她竟然提了快4磅的蘋果耶.
好利害. 粉重內.
難怪會回家後累成那樣…ㄏㄏㄏ

I made these buns myself. ha…quite successful.
Dough:
- 2 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup of water (80°F)
- 1 tsp of yeast
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Filling:
- 1 egg
- 3 cups of chopped leeks
- 3 cups of ground pork
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 3 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp white pepper
- mix all ingredients together and leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
- separate the dough into 8-10 different pieces. Use a rolling pin to flatten them into large circles.
- mix all filling ingredients together.
- place a spoon full of filling in the middle of each wrapper.
- fold the dough over the filling from all sides and pinch the edge of the wrapper until closed on the top.
- steam for 20-30 minutes.
Be careful, they can stick together.
我自己做的包子. 粉好吃. 自己亂發明. 還好好吃說.
皮:
- 2 杯麵粉
- 3/4 杯溫水
- 1 匙酵母粉
- 1/2 匙鹽
餡:
- 1 顆蛋
- 3 杯碎韭菜
- 3 杯豬絞肉
- 1/2 杯醬油
- 3 大匙麻油
- 1 匙白糊椒
- 先將所有皮的料拌勻. 放在溫暖的地方1小時.
- 將麵糊分成8-9份. 桿平. 桿圓.
- 餡料都混好.
- 放一大匙在皮的中央.
- 用手指從邊邊一直捏捏捏. 直到所有的邊都密在一起了.
- 蒸20-30分鐘

This is our lazy sushi. Fast and easy.
Filling:
- 2 eggs ($o.5)
- 2 tbsp of mirin (sweet cooking wine) (prox. $o.5)
- 1 avocado (cut into long strips) ($2)
- 1 cup of julienned carrot ($o.3)
- 1 cup of julienned cucumber ($o.5)
- some dried Chinese pork ($1)
- 1 bag of toasted seaweed (cut into bit size squares) ($2.7)
Rice:
- 3 cups of rice ($ 1)
- 3 tbsp black sesame seeds (prox. $ 0.4)
- 3 tbsp white sesame seeds (prox. $0.4)
- 1/4 cup of white vinegar (prox. $0.3)
- 1 tbsp sugar (prox. $0.2)
Dipping sauce:
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce (prox. $ 0.2)
- 1/2 tsp of wasabi (prox. $0.5)
Total $ 10.5 for Three
- Cook the rice and warm up the vinegar and sugar. Pour the vinegar mixture into the hot rice, add black and white sesame. Set aside until chilled.
- scramble 2 eggs with mirin and pan fry. Try to shape it into a long rectangle and cut into long strips.
- Add rice and other fillings on top of a small sheet of seaweed. Wrap into a rough hand roll.
- mix soy sauce with wasabi and dip your hand roll into it. Open your mouth as wide as you can and enjoy the wonderful bit.
- Don’t nag me if you are a sushi snob. This tastes good and it is certainly a healthy meal.
我們的懶人晚餐. 快又方便.好吃.
包料:
- 2 顆蛋
- 2 大匙日本甜料理酒
- 1 顆酪梨 (切片)
- 1 杯紅蘿蔔絲
- 1 杯小黃瓜條
- 肉鬆
- 海苔
飯:
- 3 杯米
- 3 大匙黑芝麻
- 3 大匙白芝麻
- 1/4 杯白醋
- 1 大匙糖
沾醬:
- 先把米煮熟. 醋跟堂溫熱後加在一起. 倒在熱飯中. 連黑芝麻.白芝麻一起拌勻. 放涼
- 蛋加入酒. 打散後. 在鍋中煎熟. 盡量讓蛋變長方型的. 起鍋後. 切成長條.
- 拿海苔包你要包的包料. 把醬油跟哇沙米混合
- 沾…真大嘴吃. 15分鐘. 輕鬆上桌的晚餐

This steak was a wonderful treat for us. Quite easy and taste like heaven (does heaven have a flavor?).
- slice of London Broil Steak (not sure what this cut of meat is actually called)
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp of butter, olive oil
- salt and pepper both side of the steak about an hour before cooking.
- heat up an iron skillet with butter and olive oil.
- When pan is nice and hot, throw the steak in. Allow each side to cook for about 2 minutes.
- place the entire skillet under a broiler on high for 15 minutes. Flip once halfway through.
- enjoy.
好好吃的輪敦牛排
- 一塊輪敦牛排 (其實這是一種做法. 不是一種肉. 但不知道為什麼超市可以買到肉是標這名子)
- 鹽.糊椒
- 2大匙奶油
- 牛排兩面灑上鹽.糊椒
- 將鐵平底鍋加熱. 放奶油. 直到鍋非常熱.
- 把牛排放入. 兩面各煎1分鐘
- 放到最高溫的烤箱中. 烤15分
- 中等熟牛排好了…嘻嘻

This is my new adventurous noodle. Tastes great and it’s easy.
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1tsp chopped garlic
- 1 cup chopped leeks
- 1 cup ground pork
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup black pepper sauce
- 1 serving Udon noodle
- Cook the noodles and rinse in cold water.
- fry the garlic in oil until fragrant, then stir the egg in.
- add pork, leeks, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until pork is done.
- Add noodles to the pan and pour pepper sauce on top. Stir and serve.

- 餡: 1 杯豬絞肉
- 1杯切碎的韭菜
- 1匙麻油
- 2-3大匙醬油
- 1/2匙糖
- 先將餡料扮勻. 把烏龍麵煮熟. 過冷水
- 油鍋蒜爆香
- 將餡料炒入
- 加麵於鍋中. 倒上黑糊椒醬. 拌勻
