不過我發現Flank Steak 切的比london Broil 要少一點筋，所以就比較貴嗎?!&lt;br /&gt;

我倒是有一個cooking light 的dressing recipe是用優格，蒜跟香菜打在一起、調味，佩flank steak 牛排(跟你相片切法很像)&lt;br /&gt;
還不錯!&lt;/p&gt;
