Chicken Parmesan 義大利起司烤雞肉

Easy but delicious.

  • 4-5 pieces of chicken breast
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cup of pasta sauce
  • oil
  1. Coat chicken with bread crumbs
  2. Pan fry in oil until chicken is cooked
  3. Pour pasta sauce and all cheese on top of chicken
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes

  • 4-5片雞肉
  • 麵包粉 (加鹽. 蝴椒. 九層塔…等條味)
  • 1 1/2杯Parmesan 起司
  • 1 1/2 杯 Mozzarella 起司
  • 2 杯意大利麵醬
  1. 用麵包粉裹雞肉. 然後在鍋中煎熟.
  2. 將意大利麵醬. 起司倒在雞肉上.
  3. 烤箱烤180度. 20-30分鐘就好了.

配意大利麵. 粉好吃歐!
肉可以換. 換羊肉也很好吃.

    但照片裡看起來好像有蘑菇
    妳是用蘑菇口味的pasta sauce嗎?
    還是偶看錯了?呵呵
