Seafood Gnocchi 鮮蝦馬齡薯義大利麵

  • 3-4 servings of Gnocchi
  • 2 cups of peeled shrimp
  • 2 cups of chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 tsp of cilantro
  • 1 tsp of basil
  • salt, pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp of flour
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 tsp of chopped garlic
  • olive oil
  1. Cook Gnocchi as directed on the package.
  2. Fry garlic until fragrant.
  3. Cook shrimp with some salt and pepper until lightly brown on the edges.
  4. Place the shrimp in a bowl. In the same pot, add mushrooms, white wine, chicken stock, pepper, cilantro and basil. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in flour and add salt to taste.
  6. Mix Gnocchi and shrimps into the sauce and serve.

  • 3-4人份馬齡薯義大利麵
  • 2 杯去皮的蝦
  • 2 杯蘑菇丁
  • 1 杯白酒
  • 1 小匙香菜
  • 1 小匙九層塔
  • 鹽. 黑糊椒
  • 1-2 大匙麵粉
  • 1 杯雞湯
  • 1 小匙碎蒜
  • 一些橄欖油
  1. 先將馬齡薯義大利麵照包裝標名煮好.
  2. 油鍋將蒜暴香.
  3. 加入蝦. 煎熟後起鍋備用.
  4. 同一鍋中. 倒入蘑菇丁. 白酒. 香菜. 九層塔. 雞湯.及黑糊椒. 煮滾後再煮10分鐘.
  5. 加入麵粉. 湯汁變濃後 . 依需要加鹽.
  6. 將馬齡薯義大利麵何蝦拌入.
