Fennel Tomato Paste Stew 茴香莖蕃茄燉湯

This is a wonderful soup with the accent of fennel.
- 1 can of chopped tomato
- some chicken
- 2 cups of sliced carrots
- 2 cups of mushroom
- 1 fennel bulb (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 5 cups of chicken broth
- oil
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 5 cups of water
- salt and pepper
- Fry jalapeño pepper in oil and add chicken.
- Brown the chicken. Add all the vegetables, tomatoes, water and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook until all vegetables are softened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add some chopped fennel leaves before serving.
Enjoy it with rice or bread. It is a wonderful winter dish.

- 2-3顆蕃茄(切丁)
- 一些雞肉
- 2 杯紅蘿蔔丁
- 2 杯蘑菇丁
- 1 顆茴香莖. 切丁 (葉跟莖分開)
- 5 杯雞湯
- 5杯水
- 1 顆小辣椒
- 鹽. 黑糊椒
- 一些油
- 油鍋中. 將小辣椒爆香.
- 將雞肉炒一下. 然後加所有的蔬菜. 水. 及雞湯.
- 加蓋煮到菜都軟了. 加鹽和黑糊椒.
- 將茴香葉稍切小段. 在起鍋前灑上.
湯配飯或麵包都好好吃歐. 冬天的美味.
