Macaroni and Cheese 起司義大利麵

- 3-4 servings of macaroni noodles
- 1+1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1+1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 3-4 strips of bacon (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
- 2-3 tbsp of flour
- 1 /2 cup of chicken stock
- salt, black pepper
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Cook the noodle in salted water.
- Cook the bacon and garlic in some oil until brown.
- Add chicken stock and heavy cream. Stir constantly. Cook until boiling.
- Slowly stir in flour, 1 cup of Parmesan and cheddar cheese, and add salt and black pepper to taste.
- When the sauce thickens, stir in noodles and pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- 3-4 杯半圓中空的義大利麵
- 1+1/2 杯Parmesan起司粉
- 1+1/2 杯cheddar 起司條
- 3-4 條培根 (切丁)
- 1/2 小匙蒜泥
- 2-3 大匙麵粉
- 1/2 杯雞湯
- 鹽. 黑糊椒
- 1 杯奶
- 將半圓中空的義大利麵在鹽水中煮熟.
- 將培根及蒜泥在鍋中炒到黃.
- 加入雞湯及奶. 一直煮到滾. 要不段攪動.
- 慢慢加入麵粉. 然後拌入兩種起司各一杯. 然後加入鹽及黑糊椒條味.
- 醬變濃後. 加入麵. 然後把麵倒入抹油的烤盤.
- 上面灑上剩的起司. 然後烤 180度 15分鐘.
