Macaroni and Cheese 起司義大利麵

  • 3-4 servings of macaroni noodles
  • 1+1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1+1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3-4 strips of bacon (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp of flour
  • 1 /2 cup of chicken stock
  • salt, black pepper
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  1. Cook the noodle in salted water.
  2. Cook the bacon and garlic in some oil until brown.
  3. Add chicken stock and heavy cream. Stir constantly. Cook until boiling.
  4. Slowly stir in flour, 1 cup of Parmesan and cheddar cheese, and add salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. When the sauce thickens, stir in noodles and pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  • 3-4 杯半圓中空的義大利麵
  • 1+1/2 杯Parmesan起司粉
  • 1+1/2 杯cheddar 起司條
  • 3-4 條培根 (切丁)
  • 1/2 小匙蒜泥
  • 2-3 大匙麵粉
  • 1/2 杯雞湯
  • 鹽. 黑糊椒
  • 1 杯奶
  1. 將半圓中空的義大利麵在鹽水中煮熟.
  2. 將培根及蒜泥在鍋中炒到黃.
  3. 加入雞湯及奶. 一直煮到滾. 要不段攪動.
  4. 慢慢加入麵粉. 然後拌入兩種起司各一杯. 然後加入鹽及黑糊椒條味.
  5. 醬變濃後. 加入麵. 然後把麵倒入抹油的烤盤.
  6. 上面灑上剩的起司. 然後烤 180度 15分鐘.

    我就不太敢吃太多起司
    怕胖啊!^^
