Shrimp Pizza

Shrimp gives a unique flavor to the pizza. It is wonderful.

  • 2 cup of large peeled shrimp
  • 2 cup of pasta sauce
  • 2 cup of chopped mushroom
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • store bought pizza dough
  1. Bake the dough as directed on the package.
  2. Cook mushrooms in sauce for 10 minutes and pour the sauce on top of the dough.
  3. Place shrimp and cheese on top.
  4. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Google 真偉大

從兩-三個星期前. 我就開始咳嗽.
有的時後咳到晚上三經半夜咳醒.
然後一咳就是2-3小時不能睡.

平常在公司也會偶爾來那麼一陣.
咳到眼睛沖血. 整個身體都痛. 說話 聲音都沒了.
被逼到沒辦法.看了醫生. 吃了藥也沒用.
天天累的不得了.
所有我能想到的中醫. 西醫方法也都試了.

昨天. 雷老公看我咳到不行了.
說要帶我去掛急診. 我想. 怎麼可能有用呢?
雷先生就跑去Google. 看看網路上怎麼說?

一看. 就看到網上有一個女的.
她說他的咳嗽經驗. 也是跟我一樣.
後來她就是買 : 維他命A (一定要是魚肝油的A) 跟維他命結晶粉 (Vitamin C Crystal)
一定要兩個一起來. 一天吃2-3次.

雷老公就去買了給我吃.
吃一次. 真的就昨天下午吃一次.
我昨晚就沒咳醒了.
也從昨天. 就再也沒有那種巨烈的咳嗽了.

今天我還會再吃一回.
希望就好了.
原來Google 才是真正的神醫阿. !!! :worried:

Asian Potato Salad

My husband’s signature dish. Yum!

  • 3 cups of cooked potatoes
  • 2 tbsp of cilantro
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp of chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp of Sriracha sauce (chili sauce)
  • 1/2 cup of toasted pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • some Paprika powder
  • black and white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  1. Cut eggs and potatoes into bite sized pieces. Mix in celery, cilantro and red onion.
  2. In another bowl, mix Sriracha sauce, worcestershire sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, Paprika powder and some black and white sesame seeds.
  3. Mix potato combination with sauce.
  4. Finally, add pine nuts on top.

Serve chilled. It is a wonderful dish for the summer.

Thin sliced bamboo with pork

  • 2-3 cups of thinly sliced bamboo
  • 2 cups of ground pork
  • 1 tbsp of hot chili paste
  • 1 tsp of chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  1. Fry the garlic and chili paste with oil until fragrant.
  2. Add pork, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Cook until done.
  3. Add bamboo and water. Cover with lid. Cook until bamboo is done.
  4. add salt and pepper to taste.

Miso Salmon

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/4 tsp seafood bouillon
  • 1/4 tsp of chicken bouillon
  • 1 tbsp of dark miso
  • 1 tbsp of sweet cooking wine
  • 1 cup of water
  • oil
  1. Pan fry the fillet in a skillet. When cooked, place the fillet on a plate.
  2. Add oil into the pan, cook onion until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and celery, bouillon, miso, cooking wine and water. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  4. Add salmon back in the pan. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Serve on top of rice.

Honey…我對不起你

昨晚. 雷老公打電話給我.
一開口就說: Honey…我對不起你. 然後就哭了.

我心想: 阿!! 那一天來了. 雷老公有外遇. 來告解了.
己還決定他要真有外遇. 我掉頭就回台灣了. 想都不想.
我冷冷的說: 怎麼了?

他說: 我很對不起你. 你上班那麼辛苦. 晚上又還要會家自己煮飯. 然後自己吃.
可是我卻在這裡. 我卻在這裡…

買了一個很貴的墨西哥捲當晚餐. 我覺得非常愧疚. 我真的非常對不起你. :goodness:

原來… 墨西哥捲在雷老公心中比女人稍重要!
他會為墨西哥捲哭. 不會為女人哭.
