- 12 lb turnkey
- dry basil leafs flakes
- red chili flakes
- dry cilantro flakes
- 2 tsp chopped garlic

- 3 days before the Turkey day, sprinkle turkey with basil leafs, chili flakes, cilantro, garlic, garlic salt, and black pepper.
- the day of serving, squeeze orange juice on turkey. Stuffed orange and onion in the center of the turkey.
- place a bowl of water in the oven.
- bake 375 F for 3 hours or until turkey is fully cooked.
