• 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of chopped tomato
  • 5 cups of chicken stock
  • 6-10 chicken drum stick
  • 1 long hot pepper (chopped)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 cups of water
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • salt, pepper
  1. Place everything into a crock pot.
  2. Set to low heat for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
  3. Enjoy the delicious tomato stew. Serve on top of rice and/or bread.

Great for cold, busy winter.
