
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of chopped tomato
- 5 cups of chicken stock
- 6-10 chicken drum stick
- 1 long hot pepper (chopped)
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 cups of water
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can of tomato paste
- salt, pepper
- Place everything into a crock pot.
- Set to low heat for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
- Enjoy the delicious tomato stew. Serve on top of rice and/or bread.
Great for cold, busy winter.
