The day before roast beef night, Marinate the beef with:

  • 2 and a half pounds of sirloin roast.
  • 3-5 tbsp of soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • some chopped cilantro, onion, garlic
  • some seasoned salt
  • something with vinegar – I used Worcestershire sauce and some pickle juice.
  1. Stab the meat many times and coat it with all ingredients listed above.
  2. Let sit in fridge overnight.
  3. Sear the meat on both sides for a couple of minutes.
  4. Place the beef in the oven and bake until the center is 150F for medium. Ours took about 50 minutes.
  5. Make sure you let it cool a bit before slicing.

  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
  • 5 strip of cooked bacon
  • 1 cup of heavy cream or milk
  1. Chop up bacon. Mix it with egg, cream, cilantro, salt and pepper.
  2. Pure the mixture into a pie crust.
  3. Bake the 375 degree for 30 minutes, or until knife come out clean.

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 stick of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 gramcraker pie crust
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pure the mixture in the crust.
  3. Bake 350 F for 30 minutes or until brown spots appear on the top of the cake.

This is one of the best desserts I have ever invented.
I couldn’t recommend you to try it more.

  • 1 bag of pre-made or homemade dumpling skin (You can buy the pre-made in any Asian grocery store in the frozen food aisle)
  • 2 cups of marshmallow
  • 5 cups of cooked sweet potato (peeled)
  • 1 cup of dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp of butter
  • oil
  • water
  1. Put sweet potato, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and butter in a food processor. Run until mixed.
  2. Place mashed sweet potato in the center of the dumpling wrapper. Top with a couple of pieces of marshmallow.
  3. Use finger to dab some water around the edge of dumpling wrapper, and place another slice of wrapper on top. Use your finger push to close the edge of the dumpling.
  4. Pan fry the dumplings with oil until the outside is golden brown.

  • 熟地瓜 (剝皮) 約5杯
  • 1杯紅糖
  • 2大匙奶油
  • 1/4小匙香草(可省略)
  • 1/2小匙肉桂粉(可省略)
  • 2杯棉花糖
  • 1包現成水餃皮. 或自制水餃皮
  1. 將地瓜搗成泥. 然後和紅糖. 奶油. 香草. 肉桂粉都攪拌一起. 拌勻
  2. 將餡料放在水餃皮中央. 餡上放一些棉花糖.
  3. 再放一張水餃皮在最上面.然後將邊捏起來成一扁圓水餃.
  4. 平底鍋加油.稍煎兩面到金黃及可.

這非常好吃. 不過餡非常燙. 要小心.
