
- Slice of Salmon
- Salt and pepper
- pasta
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1 cup of chopped mushroom
- 1/2 cup of chicken stock
- oil
- Cook the pasta in salt water.
- Salt and pepper both side of the salmon. Pan fried it in oil until cooked.
- Set the salmon aside. Use the same pan, fry the onion in oil until fragrant.
- Add vegetable and chicken stock. When all vegetables are cooked.
- Put pasta in the pan and mix it with all other ingredients.
- Place the salmon on top of the pasta, cook for additional 5 minutes, and serve.
