Sesame chicken

Baked sesame chicken. Healthy and delicious.

  • chicken breasts
  • 2-3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of cooking wine
  • some white pepper
  • 1 cup of flour or corn flour
  • black pepper
  • back and white sesame seeds
  • cilantro
  1. Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken over night in the fridge with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, cooking wine, cilantro and white pepper.
  3. Mix flour with freshly grounded black pepper. Coat chicken with flour.
  4. Bake the chicken at 375 for 45 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the chicken.

Thai Curry

Delicious curry from 2 different cans. Easy, simple and fast.

  • 1 can of Thai curry paste (There are lots of different types – I like masaman)
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • Any vegetables and/or meat you want, such as chicken breast, beef slices, eggplant, green pepper, baby corn, zucchini…etc.

進還是遠呢?

我們現在面對一個問題. 在價格差不多的情況下.

不知道買房子是買靠近工作好. 但是小. 公寓. (Condo)

2房.1廳左右.開車約10到15分鐘

還是遠. 開車約35-1小時.高速公路. 但是有時有塞車問題.

但是是獨棟 . 3房1廳左右. 環境好. 有樹. 有草. 有院子.

該怎麼選呢?

Soysauce stewed Pork Hock

  • 2-3 cups of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 5 cups of cooking wine
  • 1 star anise
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • 6-8 pork hocks
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 slice of ginger
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  1. Place pork hocks in boiling water, boil for 15 minutes  or until the water becomes cloudy.
  2. Rinse pork hocks in cold water until cooled.
  3. In the pot, fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add pork hocks, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, bay leafs. Cover with lid, cook for 15 minutes.
  5. When all pork hock have darkened, add cooking wine.
  6. Turn to low heat, cover with lid, cook for additional 1 hour.
