
I never expected that mixing leftover curry with pasta sauce could create such an interesting and delicious new style of pizza.
- 1 cup of pasta sauce
- 1 cup of curry sauce (I used Dal Paneer)
- cheese
- mushrooms (sliced)
- bacon or other meat as desired
- pizza dough
- Bake the pizza dough (follow instructions).
- Mix curry and pasta sauce together – spread sauce evenly on the pizza dough.
- Add all other ingredients on top.
- Bake for additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
Set the pizza aside for 5 minutes before cutting or serving.
Enjoy this different style of pizza.

This Strawberry cream pie only takes 2 minutes to make, but is as delicious as a pie you spend 2 hours on.
- 1 box of 16 oz. cream cheese ($1.29)
- 1 box of vanilla pudding mix ($1.29)
- some strawberries (sliced) ($3)
- 1 graham cracker pie crust ($2.19)
- some chocolate chips ($0.50)
Total $ 8.27 dollars. 8 servings with zero effort.
- Mix cream cheese with pudding in a food processor.
- Add chocolate chips and half of the strawberries slices into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Place the rest of the strawberrie slices on top of the mixture as decoration.
- Refrigerate until chilled.

My husband and I started to roast various meats weekly to replace grocery store cold cuts for a fresher and healthier taste. This is how we do it.
- Pork Tenderloin
- Cilantro
- Soy sauce
- Season salt
- Basil flakes
- onion
- garlic
- oil
- Marinate the pork tenderlonin with cilantro, soy sauce, seasoned salt, and basil flakes in fridge over night.
- Fry the chopped onion and garlic in a pan until fragrant.
- Brown the pork.
- Bake in 375 degree for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degree.
- Slice it up.

Thanksgiving sweet potato often is one of my favorite.
This is how I made it.
- 5 cups of mashed potato
- 1 cup of marshmallow
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- mix the potato with egg and brown sugar.
- bake for 375F for 15 minutes.
- sprinkle the marshmallow on top of sweet potato.
- bake additional 10 minutes or until marshmallow is melted.

This is an easy dessert for lazy day.
- 1 bag of store bought pie dough
- 1 can of apple pie filling
- 2 apples (peeled and chopped into bit size)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp of butter
- Defrost the pie dough.
- Spread butter around the pie pan.
- Lay the pie dough in the pie pan.
- In a sauce pan, melt the butter and add apple.
- Cook until the apple until slightly softened. Add cinnamon, vanilla and apple pie filling.
- Pour the apple mixture in the pie pan.
- Fold the extra pie dough inside to cover the filling.
- Brush melted butter on top of the pie dough.
- Bake the apple pie according to the pie dough directions.
The fresh apple gives that fresh sour and crunchy flavor of apples to an ordinary apple pie filling.

Shrimp gives a unique flavor to the pizza. It is wonderful.
- 2 cup of large peeled shrimp
- 2 cup of pasta sauce
- 2 cup of chopped mushroom
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- store bought pizza dough
- Bake the dough as directed on the package.
- Cook mushrooms in sauce for 10 minutes and pour the sauce on top of the dough.
- Place shrimp and cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
