I made this peanut sugar bun a while ago. This is a great breakfast item.

Dough

  • 2 cups of  whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp of yeast
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • Hot water

Filling

  • 1 cup of peanut powder
  • 1 cup of black and white sesame power
  • 1 cup of sugar powder
  • Raisins
  1. Mix dough – dry ingredients together, and slowly add hot water into the flour.
  2. First use mixer to blend the flour together. When the dough is not as hot anymore, mix the dough by hand until it does not stick on the hand. Make sure the dough does not have lumps and the surface is smooth.
  3. Cover with cloth and place the dough in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
  4. Cut the dough into golf ball sizes. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough.
  5. Mix all filing ingredients and place the filling in the middle of the dough.
  6. Fold the edge of the dough to the center.
  7. Place couple of raisins on top of the bun as desired.
  8. Allow the buns to rise for additional 1 hour.
  9. Steam the buns for 30 minutes.

I never expected that mixing leftover curry with pasta sauce could create such an interesting and delicious new style of pizza.

  • 1 cup of pasta sauce
  • 1 cup of curry sauce (I used Dal Paneer)
  • cheese
  • mushrooms (sliced)
  • bacon or other meat as desired
  • pizza dough
  1. Bake the pizza dough (follow instructions).
  2. Mix curry and pasta sauce together – spread sauce evenly on the pizza dough.
  3. Add all other ingredients on top.
  4. Bake for additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.

Set the pizza aside for 5 minutes before cutting or serving.
Enjoy this different style of pizza.
