<p>A very healthy traditional Chinese dish. It is believed that this dish can improve your energy.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>Some chicken (legs, wings, or half of a chicken)</li>
<li>7-10 Chinese mushrooms</li>
<li>salt</li>
<li>8 cups of water</li>
</ul>
<p>1. Bring water to a boil and add chicken.<br />
2. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.<br />
3. Add Chinese mushrooms and salt. Cook for another 20 minutes.</p>
<p>Serve with cooked rice or noodles.</p>
<p>香菇雞湯</p>
<p>食材: 半隻雞.或雞翅/腿. 7-10大片香菇. 7-8大杯水. 鹽</p>
<p>1. 水煮到滾<br />
2. 加入雞. 加蓋煮30分鐘<br />
3.加入香菇及 鹽. 再煮20分</p>
<p>配飯或下麵都很好</p>

<p>Recently, I caught a cold. This is my dad&#8217;s secret remedy. It worked pretty well and it is super easy.</p>

<p>Sesame oil chicken is another extremely traditional food in Taiwan. People always serve this to women after giving birth. It helps the body restore its energy.</p>
<p>Ingredients: Chicken (legs, wings), 5-8 large ginger slices, 3tbsp dark sesame oil, salt, 10 cups of water, 5 cups of cooking wine.</p>
<p>1. Brown the ginger in sesame oil until fragrant.<br />
2. Add chicken and cook until browned.<br />
3. Add water. Cover with the lid and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes.<br />
4. Add salt and cooking wine. Cook uncovered for another 15-20 minutes.</p>
<p>Serve.</p>
<p>麻油雞.冬天暖身及產後進補的最佳自然良藥</p>
<p>食材:雞肉(腿.翅.或全雞).老薑片7-8大片. 10杯水. 5杯米酒. 鹽.3 大匙黑麻油<br />
1.將薑片在黑麻油中爆香<br />
2. 加入雞肉翻炒<br />
3.加水.中火.加蓋悶煮約30分鐘<br />
4.加鹽.及酒.再煮15-20分鐘</p>

<p>recently, I had a cold that persisted for about 2 weeks. The cold wasn&#8217;t serious but it definitely slowed me down. I started to make this ginger soup for myself twice a day, for about 3 days total. It really made me feel better, and it helped to kick my cold.</p>
<p>This is tradition Chinese herbal medicine therapy. It cured millions of people&#8217;s colds throughout Chinese history. I hope this can help yours if you need it.</p>
<p>Ingredient: Ginger (A chunk the size of your thumb), 4 tbsp brown sugar, 2 cups of water, some scallions (only the white part).</p>
<p>1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.<br />
2. Cut ginger in to large slices. Cook ginger and scallions in the boiled water.<br />
3. When the  water reduces to about a cup, add brown sugar. Stir until all brown sugar dissolved.</p>
<p>Drink while hot.</p>
<p>兩星期前.我一連感冒了兩個禮拜.超難過的.給自己一連煮了3天的薑糖水.早晚喝.後來就好了.這是我的配方.希望能幫到有需要的人</p>
<p>食材:一大塊老薑切片. 4大匙紅糖. 2 杯水.一些蔥白</p>
