Salsa Rice

A quick easy meal in under 10 minutes.
- some cooked rice
- some ground meat (chicken, pork, beef which ever you prefer)
- some salt & pepper
- some sliced onion, pepper and mushroom
- store bought salsa
- some shredded cheese
- half avocado
- some oil
- Stir-fry onion in oil until fragrant.
- Add meat and salt and pepper.
- When meat is cooked, add vegetables. Cook until the vegetables soften.
- Put warm rice in a bowl.
- Add meat, vegetable stir-fry and avocado.
- Sprinkle salsa and cheese on top.
- Eat with tortilla chips if desired.
Kielbasa Risotto

- Some Kielbasa
- 1-2 cup of rice
- 2 cup of Chicken Stock
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 orange/red pepper
- 1 onion
- black pepper and salt
- oil
- Cut Kielbasa, pepper and onion into small bite size.
- Fry onion with oil until fragrant.
- Add Kielbasa, cook until golden brown.
- Add rice and chicken stock, cover with lid. Cook in low heat for about 30 minutes or until the rice is al dente.
- Mix broccoli and pepper with rice. Cover with lid for another 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Salami Mozzarella

- Fresh Mozzarella cheese
- Salami
- Sun dry tomato in olive oil or herbs
- Cilantro or Parsley
- Slice Mozzarella cheese
- Slice Salami into slices
- Place sliced cheese, salami, sun dry tomato, and parsley on top of each other.
- Drizzle some oil from the tomato on top.
- Enjoy with cracker or bread.
Pulled Pork Dinner

We didn’t make the pulled pork. Everything is store bought.
But after all, this is a easy and quick way to have something delicious on the dinner table.
Soysauce stewed Pork Hock

- 2-3 cups of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 5 cups of cooking wine
- 1 star anise
- 1-2 bay leaves
- 6-8 pork hocks
- 3-5 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 slice of ginger
- 1 tbsp of oil
- Place pork hocks in boiling water, boil for 15 minutes or until the water becomes cloudy.
- Rinse pork hocks in cold water until cooled.
- In the pot, fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
- Add pork hocks, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, bay leafs. Cover with lid, cook for 15 minutes.
- When all pork hock have darkened, add cooking wine.
- Turn to low heat, cover with lid, cook for additional 1 hour.
Six Delights Pizza

- Store bought Pizza dough
- 1/2 cup of chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup of chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup of cooked and chopped bacon
- 1/2 cup of chopped and caramelized onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded provolone cheese
- 1-2 cup of marinara sauce
- Prebake the dough according to instructions on the package.
- Place all meat and vegetables on top of the pizza, then place cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden brown.
Hawaiian Pizza

hm….pizza
- 1 can of pineapple
- 2 cup of chopped ham
- some toasted pin nuts
- 1 jar of pasta sauce
- 1 pizza crust
- some sliced cheddar cheese
- some sliced Mozzarella cheese
- Baked the crust follow the direction on the package
- Place topping on top of the crust. Started with cheddar cheese, pasta sauce, pineapple, ham, and mozzarella.
- Baked for additional 20 minutes and sprinkle toasted pin nuts on top.
韭菜肉包

餡料:
- 2-3磅 豬絞肉
- 韭菜丁2杯
- 3大匙麻油
- 3大匙醬油
- 白胡椒一些
- 鹽一些
- 雞湯粉一小匙
麵皮
- 2杯白麵粉
- 2杯全麥麵粉
- 1匙酵母粉
- 鹽一些
- 糖一匙
- 溫水一些
- 先將白麵粉. 全麥麵粉. 酵母粉. 鹽. 糖 混勻. 慢慢加入溫水搓揉. 直到麵不沾手就剛好.
- 將麵團放在溫暖處發約1小時.
- 將餡料才料用手攪拌到混合均勻.
- 麵摶切成約12-16等份. 桿平至圓形.
- 麵片中央放一大匙餡. 將麵片外圍捏起來.
- 將包子放入抹油後的盤子上.再讓包子麵皮發酵約30分鐘.
- 蒸包子約20分鐘.
香濃好吃的包子好了.
Leak flower with bean curd

- 絞肉一些
- 豆乾切片一些
- 韭菜花一把. 切塊
- 糖一小匙
- 醬油2大匙
- 油一大匙
- 鹽
- 雞湯1/2杯
- 油鍋快炒肉. 加入醬油. 糖
- 肉快熟時. 加入韭菜花. 雞湯. 鹽加蓋. 悶約6-8分
- 加入豆乾. 炒一下.
Shrimp Pizza

Shrimp gives a unique flavor to the pizza. It is wonderful.
- 2 cup of large peeled shrimp
- 2 cup of pasta sauce
- 2 cup of chopped mushroom
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- store bought pizza dough
- Bake the dough as directed on the package.
- Cook mushrooms in sauce for 10 minutes and pour the sauce on top of the dough.
- Place shrimp and cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
