• Ground Pork
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • oil
  • Tofu
  • 3 tbsp Sweetened soy bean paste
  • 1 cup of mushroom
  • 1 tbsp sesame paste
  • 1/2 cup of water
  1. Fry the garlic in oil until fragrant. Cut tofu into cubes
  2. Add ground pork, when cooked, add tofu
  3. Slice mushrooms and add into pot
  4. When all ingredients are cooked add soy bean paste and sesame paste
  5. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover with lid.
  6. Cook until all ingredients are fully cooked.
  7. Serve with rice or noodle

We didn’t make the pulled pork. Everything is store bought.
But after all, this is a easy and quick way to have something delicious on the dinner table.

  • 2-3 cups of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 5 cups of cooking wine
  • 1 star anise
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • 6-8 pork hocks
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 slice of ginger
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  1. Place pork hocks in boiling water, boil for 15 minutes  or until the water becomes cloudy.
  2. Rinse pork hocks in cold water until cooled.
  3. In the pot, fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add pork hocks, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, bay leafs. Cover with lid, cook for 15 minutes.
  5. When all pork hock have darkened, add cooking wine.
  6. Turn to low heat, cover with lid, cook for additional 1 hour.

  • Store bought Pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup of chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup of chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 cup of cooked and chopped bacon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped and caramelized onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded provolone cheese
  • 1-2 cup of marinara sauce
  1. Prebake the dough according to instructions on the package.
  2. Place all meat and vegetables on top of the pizza, then place cheese on top.
  3. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden brown.

My husband and I started to roast various meats weekly to replace grocery store cold cuts for a fresher and healthier taste. This is how we do it.

  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Cilantro
  • Soy sauce
  • Season salt
  • Basil flakes
  • onion
  • garlic
  • oil
  1. Marinate the pork tenderlonin with cilantro, soy sauce, seasoned salt, and basil flakes in fridge over night.
  2. Fry the chopped onion and garlic in a pan until fragrant.
  3. Brown the pork.
  4. Bake in 375 degree for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degree.
  5. Slice it up.

  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
  • 5 strip of cooked bacon
  • 1 cup of heavy cream or milk
  1. Chop up bacon. Mix it with egg, cream, cilantro, salt and pepper.
  2. Pure the mixture into a pie crust.
  3. Bake the 375 degree for 30 minutes, or until knife come out clean.

hm….pizza

  • 1 can of pineapple
  • 2 cup of chopped ham
  • some toasted pin nuts
  • 1 jar of pasta sauce
  • 1 pizza crust
  • some sliced cheddar cheese
  • some sliced Mozzarella cheese
  1. Baked the crust follow the direction on the package
  2. Place topping on top of the crust. Started with cheddar cheese, pasta sauce, pineapple, ham, and mozzarella.
  3. Baked for additional 20 minutes and sprinkle toasted pin nuts on top.

餡料:

  • 2-3磅 豬絞肉

  • 2杯白麵粉

  1. 先將白麵粉. 全麥麵粉. 酵母粉. 鹽. 糖 混勻. 慢慢加入溫水搓揉. 直到麵不沾手就剛好.
  2. 將麵團放在溫暖處發約1小時.
  3. 將餡料才料用手攪拌到混合均勻.
  4. 麵摶切成約12-16等份. 桿平至圓形.
  5. 麵片中央放一大匙餡. 將麵片外圍捏起來.
  6. 將包子放入抹油後的盤子上.再讓包子麵皮發酵約30分鐘.
  7. 蒸包子約20分鐘.

香濃好吃的包子好了.

  • 絞肉一些
  • 豆乾切片一些
  • 韭菜花一把. 切塊
  • 糖一小匙
  • 醬油2大匙
  • 油一大匙
  • 雞湯1/2杯
  1. 油鍋快炒肉. 加入醬油. 糖
  2. 肉快熟時. 加入韭菜花. 雞湯. 鹽加蓋. 悶約6-8分
  3. 加入豆乾. 炒一下.

Shrimp gives a unique flavor to the pizza. It is wonderful.

  • 2 cup of large peeled shrimp
  • 2 cup of pasta sauce
  • 2 cup of chopped mushroom
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • store bought pizza dough
  1. Bake the dough as directed on the package.
  2. Cook mushrooms in sauce for 10 minutes and pour the sauce on top of the dough.
  3. Place shrimp and cheese on top.
  4. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
