<li>1 tbsp of sugar</li>
<li>5 cups of cooking wine</li>
<li>1 star anise</li>
<li>1-2 bay leaves</li>
<li>6-8 pork hocks</li>
<li>3-5 cloves of garlic</li>
<li>2-3 slice of ginger</li>
<li>1 tbsp of oil</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Place pork hocks in boiling water, boil for 15 minutes  or until the water becomes cloudy.</li>
<li>Rinse pork hocks in cold water until cooled.</li>
<li>In the pot, fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.</li>
<li>Add pork hocks, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, bay leafs. Cover with lid, cook for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>When all pork hock have darkened, add cooking wine.</li>
<li>Turn to low heat, cover with lid, cook for additional 1 hour.</li>

<p>Shrimp gives a unique flavor to the pizza. It is wonderful.</p>

<li>2 cup of large peeled shrimp</li>
<li>2 cup of pasta sauce</li>
<li>2 cup of chopped mushroom</li>
<li>1 cup of mozzarella cheese</li>
<li>1 cup of cheddar cheese</li>
<li>store bought pizza dough</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Bake the dough as directed on the package.</li>
<li>Cook mushrooms in sauce for 10 minutes and pour the sauce on top of the dough.</li>
<li>Place shrimp and cheese on top.</li>
<li>Bake for an additional 15 minutes.</li>
