Thai Salad

Salad ingredients:
- 1 cup of shrimp
- some lettuce
- some carrots
- some cucumbers
- some rice vermicelli noodle
- some tofu
- some scallion
Sauce ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of sugarless peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp of lemon grass sauce
- 1/4 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Wash all vegetables.
- Chop lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, scallion and tofu into bite size.
- Boil vermicelli and shrimp until cooked. Rinse the noodle in cold water.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together.
- Serve sauce on salad.
Cheese-less Thai Pizza

- 1 bag of store bought pizza dough
- some tofu
- some cooked shrimp
- some sliced mushroom
- some chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp of lemon grass sauce
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- some olive oil
- Flatten the dough in a baking sheet. Brush some olive oil on the dough than bake it by following the direction on the package.
- 10 minutes before the dough is fully cooked. Take the dough out from oven.
- Mix lemon grass sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce and sesame oil together.
- Spread the mixture on top of pizza crust.
- Add tofu, shrimp, mushroom and green onion. If there are extra sauce, also spread it on top of the topping at this time.
- Bake for additional 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and all toppings are warm.
Sauceless pasta

- Pasta
- 1/2 cup of pin nuts
- 1 cup of sliced mushroom
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 cup of shrimp or chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp of bourbon
- 2 cup of chicken stock or vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp of butter
- Cook pasta with some salt and pepper.
- Toast pin nuts until golden brown.
- In a sauce pan, cook chicken breasts and/or shrimp in butter.
- Add stock in the sauce pan, cook until boil.
- Add mushroom, broccoli and bourbon. Cook until boil again.
- Mix pasta with sauce.
- Sprinkle pin nut on top.
Seaweed salad

- 1 bag of seaweed
- some dry chili
- some sesame oil
- some white sesame
- some chopped cilantro
- some white vinegar
- Wash seaweed in cold water.
- Boil a pot of water, cook seaweed for 5 minutes.
- Drain seaweed and cut it into bite sized pieces.
- Mix dry chili, sesame oil, white sesame, cilantro and white vinegar with seaweed.
- Refrigerate until chill.
Seaweed Jelly salad

- 1 bag of seaweed jelly
- some thin sliced seedless cucumber
- some thin sliced carrot
- some chopped cilantro
- 1-2 tbsp of mayo
- some salt
- Mix everything together.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
Pan Fried Salmon

- salt and pepper
- oil
- flour
- cayenne pepper
- heat up the oil in a non-stick pan
- sprinkle salt, pepper and cayenne pepper on both side of the salmon
- when the oil is hot in the pan, place the salmon in the pan
- cook 7-8 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on another
Shrimp Pizza

Shrimp gives a unique flavor to the pizza. It is wonderful.
- 2 cup of large peeled shrimp
- 2 cup of pasta sauce
- 2 cup of chopped mushroom
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- store bought pizza dough
- Bake the dough as directed on the package.
- Cook mushrooms in sauce for 10 minutes and pour the sauce on top of the dough.
- Place shrimp and cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Miso Salmon

- 1 salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp seafood bouillon
- 1/4 tsp of chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp of dark miso
- 1 tbsp of sweet cooking wine
- 1 cup of water
- oil
- Pan fry the fillet in a skillet. When cooked, place the fillet on a plate.
- Add oil into the pan, cook onion until fragrant.
- Add carrots and celery, bouillon, miso, cooking wine and water. Cook until vegetables are softened.
- Add salmon back in the pan. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve on top of rice.
Seafood Gnocchi 鮮蝦馬齡薯義大利麵

- 3-4 servings of Gnocchi
- 2 cups of peeled shrimp
- 2 cups of chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1 tsp of cilantro
- 1 tsp of basil
- salt, pepper
- 1-2 tbsp of flour
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 1 tsp of chopped garlic
- olive oil
- Cook Gnocchi as directed on the package.
- Fry garlic until fragrant.
- Cook shrimp with some salt and pepper until lightly brown on the edges.
- Place the shrimp in a bowl. In the same pot, add mushrooms, white wine, chicken stock, pepper, cilantro and basil. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in flour and add salt to taste.
- Mix Gnocchi and shrimps into the sauce and serve.

- 2 杯去皮的蝦
- 2 杯蘑菇丁
- 1 杯白酒
- 1 小匙香菜
- 1 小匙九層塔
- 鹽. 黑糊椒
- 1-2 大匙麵粉
- 1 杯雞湯
- 1 小匙碎蒜
- 一些橄欖油
- 先將馬齡薯義大利麵照包裝標名煮好.
- 油鍋將蒜暴香.
- 加入蝦. 煎熟後起鍋備用.
- 同一鍋中. 倒入蘑菇丁. 白酒. 香菜. 九層塔. 雞湯.及黑糊椒. 煮滾後再煮10分鐘.
- 加入麵粉. 湯汁變濃後 . 依需要加鹽.
- 將馬齡薯義大利麵何蝦拌入.
Kimchi Soup 韓國泡菜湯

Recently, the weather is getting so cold. My husband and I are having soup almost everyday.
This Korean style Kimchi soup is extremely fitting for the season and can help you save some money on heating bills.
About 4 servings
- 3 cups of Kimchi
- 5 cups of Napa Cabbage (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1-2 Jalapenos (cut in half and with seeds removed)
- 3-5 cups of cubed chicken breast
- 8 cups of chicken stock
- 8 cups of water
- 5 tbsp of miso
- 1 onion (chopped)
- some oil
- some salt
- Saute some chopped onion and jalapeno in oil. When fragrant add chicken and some salt.
- add kimchi, napa, chicken stock, miso and water. Bring to a boil and cook until Napa is softened.
- Add salt as desired.
Seafood is a nice additions as well.

- 3-5 杯雞胸肉
- 1 顆洋蔥
- 8 杯雞湯
- 8杯水
- 5大匙味曾
