Tomato Mozzarella Basil

- Tomato
- Mozzarella
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Slice the tomato and mozzarella cheese.
- Chop up basil
- Place tomato and mozzarella in a plate and sprinkle basil on top.
- Drizzle olive oil on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mixed Green Salad

- some mixed green salad
- some canned pear and canned pear juice
- some olive oil
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- dried cranberry
- cut pear into bite sized pieces
- mix salad, pear, olive oil, pear juice, garlic powder, cranberry and some salt and pepper
- toss and serve
Fennel salad

- 1 Fennel
- Some red onion slices
- 1 tbsp of fennel seed
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- some salt
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Slice Fennel into thin slices.
- Mix with lemon juice, vinegar. fennel seed, salt and olive oil.

Curry Pizza

I never expected that mixing leftover curry with pasta sauce could create such an interesting and delicious new style of pizza.
- 1 cup of pasta sauce
- 1 cup of curry sauce (I used Dal Paneer)
- cheese
- mushrooms (sliced)
- bacon or other meat as desired
- pizza dough
- Bake the pizza dough (follow instructions).
- Mix curry and pasta sauce together – spread sauce evenly on the pizza dough.
- Add all other ingredients on top.
- Bake for additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
Set the pizza aside for 5 minutes before cutting or serving.
Enjoy this different style of pizza.
Pulled Pork Dinner

We didn’t make the pulled pork. Everything is store bought.
But after all, this is a easy and quick way to have something delicious on the dinner table.
Six Delights Pizza

- Store bought Pizza dough
- 1/2 cup of chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup of chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup of cooked and chopped bacon
- 1/2 cup of chopped and caramelized onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded provolone cheese
- 1-2 cup of marinara sauce
- Prebake the dough according to instructions on the package.
- Place all meat and vegetables on top of the pizza, then place cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden brown.
Red Wine Chicken Stew

Red wine chicken stew is an easy, classic dish.
- 4 slice of chicken breasts
- 2 cups of chopped artichoke hearts
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- some cilantro
- 2-3 chopped tomatoes
- oil
- 1 cup of red wine
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Fry onion in oil until fragrant. Add chicken.
- When both side of chicken turns golden brown. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, red wine and chicken broth.
- Cover with lid, turn the heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add artichokes and cilantro. Cook for additional 5 minutes
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with couscous or rice.
Ruben Sandwich

- Sliced Corned beef ($1.5)
- Sauerkraut crout ($0.10)
- Ketchup ($0.10)
- Mayonnaise ($0.30)
- Yellow mustard ($0.10)
- Slice of Rye bread ($0.50)
Total $ 2.60 for one serving.
- Spread butter on both sides of rye bread. Grill them in a iron skillet.
- Place corned beef and sauerkraut on top of one slice of the bread. Fold another on top.
- Grill the sandwich until warm.
- Mix Ketchup, Mayonnaise, and yellow mustard.
- Spread the the sauce in the sandwich.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Pudding Pie

This Strawberry cream pie only takes 2 minutes to make, but is as delicious as a pie you spend 2 hours on.
- 1 box of 16 oz. cream cheese ($1.29)
- 1 box of vanilla pudding mix ($1.29)
- some strawberries (sliced) ($3)
- 1 graham cracker pie crust ($2.19)
- some chocolate chips ($0.50)
Total $ 8.27 dollars. 8 servings with zero effort.
- Mix cream cheese with pudding in a food processor.
- Add chocolate chips and half of the strawberries slices into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Place the rest of the strawberrie slices on top of the mixture as decoration.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
